Jami is a PMP-certified Health IT strategy and operations executive with 20+ years of experience designing, implementing, and leading complex healthcare information systems. She has built and led health and community information exchanges at the city, regional, and state levels, bringing deep expertise in interoperability, data strategy, and healthcare transformation. Jami excels at turning complex data challenges into practical, actionable solutions that drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.
Jeff
Founder & Partner
Jeff has spent 25 years working with HIEs and other small companies in healthcare-adjacent fields. He's comfortable wearing many hats, having handled everything from tech support and IT to networking, implementation, management, and development. Jeff believes that transparent communication has the power to break down any barrier to success.
Rhonda
Founder & Partner
Rhonda has over 40 years of experience, with an MS in Computer Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering (formerly Polytechnic Institute). After a long career as a software engineer with IBM Research, Rhonda pivoted to working with health information. She now specializes in data transformation, analysis, reporting, and migration with an eye toward improving data quality. Rhonda is passionate about breaking down data to solve problems and develop solutions that best fit our clients' needs.
